Unlimited Pass Terms and Conditions - Connecticut

  1. Selected monthly plan allows for an unlimited number of washes of the selected wash plan for the enrolled vehicle; weather permitting during normal business hours. Activation period is monthly.
  2. Automatic monthly renewal plans will be automatically charged to member's credit/debit card on the same date of the month as plan activation (i.e. plan is activated on 12/15/15, card is charged every 15th day of the month).
  3. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
  4. Member must present Unlimited Membership card at time of service.
  5. Membership cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
  6. To upgrade your wash type, customer pays the difference between the Unlimited Plan wash type and the upgrade requested.

  8. LUVO employees are not eligible to participate in Unlimited Plan.
  9. There are no full or partial month(s) refunds regardless of usage.
  10. To Cancel: Member may cancel by calling 203-734-5962 or notify SCCW in located at 46 Pershing Drive, Ansonia, CT. Member must card at time of notification. Please allow at least 5 business days before your billing date to effect cancellation. Member may continue to use Unlimited Plan until the last day of the current billing cycle. No full or partial refunds are available regardless of how often the membership was utilized.
  11. In the event, SCCW is not able to charge a member's credit/debit card due to an expired card or change of information, the member's plan will be deactivated on the 1st day after his or her billing date.
  12. Plan re-activation is available simply by visiting participating SCCW locations, or by calling 203-734-5962  
  13. Restrictions apply to commercial vehicles. Taxi cabs, livery vehicles, funeral homes, fleets and police vehicles.
  14. Vehicles must conform to SCCW dimension standards. Please see location to confirm that vehicle meets standards.
  15. When customer signs up for the Unlimited Plan online or by phone or reactivates an existing membership, they can expect a replacement membership card in approximately 5 business days via US Mail. For faster service customers can reactive their plan at their nearest SCCW location.
  16. By entering the Unlimited Program the member authorizes SCCW to charge the credit/debit card on file on the renewal day of each month. They authorize the financial institution to accept and to debit entries indicated by SCCW to their account. In the event that SCCW erroneously debits/credits funds to the account, the member authorizes SCCW to debit/credit the account for an amount not to exceed the original amount of the erroneous debit/credit. This authorization is to remain in effect until SCCW has received notification of termination in such a manner as to afford SCCW and the financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
